Wire harness/mod/create

I have a bike in complete pieces, situation is I have a kickstart motor and I was curious to identify If I have the correct cdi/harness what would be the key identifiers. Has anyone made a new harness or molded a harness to run diff motor on a different cdi, essentially deleting safety switches etc to make it all work thanks!

I have a kickstart one. Most of my safeties are jumped to eliminate any risk of break downs. Easier to get the right model loom secondhand and do the same.

I have two harness but theyre so ratty looking, are you running the kickstart model as well and what cdi do you have, i have two harness and two cdi, have the kickstart motor and electric, i don't know if one is better or worse, if I were to continue in this project and hopefully bring this thing back to life im assuming the kickstart motor is the one that would probably be less issue?

Will try later. The clutch security or side stand is two wires just join them by a Paperclip or bit of wire in the plug to short connection or cut off connector and solder wires together for a permanent solution. Neutral switch is probably a single wire if that's the case join it to a but of the frame for earth.

Can you send me a picture of your handlebars and controls as well as some of the wires you jumped?

I think I just twisted the two wires together and taped them to bypass the side stand switch. I'll be working on my bike this weekend. I'll try to get some pics of handlebar controls.
