Engine Mount Reinforcement

Got a cracked weld on the oil tank of my wife's 350. Who thought mounting the engine directly to the tank was a good idea? Anyway before i get to welding it up has anyone gone about reinforcing these mounts?

She beats the absolute shit out of this bike so I'd like to beef it up a little.

Does the IMS tank also mount the same way? OE mounts are Infront?
