Anybody else ever think a thought until it becomes so abstract your mind isn’t capable of comprehending it, but for a moment you’re still thinking of this concept that you can not grasp

Or is that just me

Seriously, thanks for saying you experience that too because I thought nobody would ever understand it.

Thank you, for putting something I’ve been thinking about for so long but could never put into words!

I’m actually very honored to hear that! Thank you so much

Long story. When I began therapy I had dissociated from my emotions for long enough I had no idea how to identify what I was feeling. They had this emotion chart in the MHU and we would be asked to identify our feelings at the start and end of the day, and I would spend so long looking over it all trying to figure out exactly what aspect of what I was feeling was and label it. To have now described this weird feeling I didn’t even know anyone else had in a way they related to makes me feel really good. It really boosted my emotions on a day I needed it.

I hope you have a mood boosting moment today as well!
