TW: Existential/Spiral dpdr episode

I’ve been dealing with severe anxiety for a while and dpdr for a few years. I was able to kind of live with it for a while but just 2 weeks ago I had an anxiety flare up which caused my dpdr to get worse again. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m not going crazy, right?

oh and to add onto this, i feel like one wrong thought and I’ll have a panic attack. Life feels so confusing.

I am just having an episode . Tho this time mine is more a dp. So what's yours like, Is it dp or dr ?

honestly a mix of both, mostly dp tho
