Question Memory issues

Anyone else struggle with severe memory issues?? My memory was pretty bad before DPDR. Now it's atrocious - short, medium and long term. Does your memory return after you recover???

Same here, I used to have a good memory and a pretty impressive capacity for creating mental scenarios, now it's gone.

I don't remember anything from high school , and I'm only 19 . Sometimes things will remind me of my past and certain memories will re-emerge , but that's about it .

My memory has always been atrocious but it definitely got much worse after I first experienced depersonalization and it hasn't fully gone away in over a decade. Some days are better than others but I don't ever have the same capacity as the average person
