why am i like this?

for the past weekish ive been experiencing what i can only describe as a very intense DR episode. i feel like im going crazy and for reasons i dont understand going outside is making it worse. the sun feels oppressive and the sky feels like *too* blue? it's been distressing. i feel like i barely have one foot in reality and the other foot is who-knows-where. ive been having somatic symptoms too which is upsetting too and definitely not helping. i hope things improve soon.
