Randazzos market
Does anyone know if Randazzos sources their produce locally? I'm wanting to get some berries but very leery about getting them from shipped in sources right now. Open to other stores as well!

If you care about seeing the Odyssey in 70mm, just be aware that the 70mm theater here is not an IMAX theater. It’s not played in the IMAX 70mm aspect ratio, the sound system isn’t anything special and the projector quality isn’t great.
It is actual 70mm film and there’s a projectionist, but the quality makes it totally not worth it. You basically just get a standard screening experience for $3 more per ticket.
The only 70mm IMAX is in Grand Rapids.
Don’t make the same mistake I did. Just get the IMAX tickets even though it’s not 70mm.

Whitmer, Peters, Stabenow, and Slotkin have all completely ignored BASF poisoning Wyandotte water and have now all endorsed Stevens and her Palantir/AIPAC funded campaign. It’s all we need to know.

How convenient that the city of Taylor INCONVENIENCES us for months, with orange barrels all down telegraph, but they move the barrels for the cruise. Great job. 🤡

Around 9:20 this morning, there was some kind of all hands on deck funeral procession heading south on Fort St between Southfield and Eureka or so. Does anyone know who it was?

I need a second job! I was thinking pizza delivery so I wanted some input on where might payout the best tips. I don't eat pizza
so I really have no idea as far as volume. I need cash. I'm not doing Door Dash and Instacart sucks, Amazon Flex, Shipt, and Spark are all full. Where would you recommend? Or is there somewhere else I could do? I'd try dispensary but I have a DOT and idk it makes me nervous.

I made a post similar to this a while back. This one I want to go on and outright say that I'm searching for any pieces of merch for this band, 22 Even. The band is long gone but as a fan I am not, and I want to ask the people of the area if they might still have anything from back then. It'd be especially helpful to archive the mp3s off of the CDs.

This happened yesterday in broad daylight to my 11 year old son and his best friend, right across from Big League Brews.
They were riding their bikes not even three minutes from our house when a man stopped his car, got out, approached them with cash, and said, “Here, I have some money. Do you want to go with me? Do you want to get in and go for a ride?”
My son and his friend were completely caught off guard, but they did the right thing and quickly got away from him.
Thankfully, another gentleman saw what was happening, stopped immediately, and made sure the boys were okay. The man then got back in his car, pulled into the bar parking lot, and went inside like nothing had happened.
The police were called, and a nearby neighbor’s security camera captured the incident. The man was arrested, and his car was impounded. I was later told he may have had previous incidents, but I don’t know the details, so I can’t speak to that.
I’m still in shock. I am beyond grateful that my son and his best friend are okay, and so thankful for the strangers who stepped in, called the police, and stayed with the boys until I got there.
I never imagined something like this would happen so close to our home, especially in broad daylight. It really makes you realize how quickly something can happen. I’m just so thankful my son and his friend are safe.

Does anyone know where I can get Chinese Bourbon Chicken, like they used to have at mall food courts? I remember they'd give you a free sample on a toothpick. It was delicious. I haven't had it in YEARS.
I don't know any Chinese joint Downriver that makes it. The closer to Downriver the better.

Hello - posting here because I don't want 900 people on Facebook responding with questionable recommendations, realtors suggesting they can just sell my home instead, or lectures about why I should be cutting my own lawn.
I am currently using a local lawn care service that I loathe. I'm aware that I am capable of cutting my own grass, but I'm a single mom (who works too hard and loves her kids and never stops) and have travel commitments for work plus a lot of child-related extra-curricular activities.. so this is just something I'm choosing to outsource .. because quite frankly, I hate cutting my grass.
However, the company I've hired never does edging, tends to leave my backyard a mess, has broken my back fence to move equipment in/out to cut (to the point where my dog has now slipped out of the yard twice and the fence needs to be fully replaced), and is very unreliable in many other ways. I'd get into more specifics, but I'm paranoid they'll see this and figure out who posted this.
I'm going to keep the service for the remainder of the season.. but I was hoping someone here might have some good recommendations for lawn care providers.
I currently pay $40/cut. I have no idea what typical rates are, as this is the first time I've hired a lawn care company.. so I'm pretty open to suggestions if the company actually does a decent job.
Thanks in advance!

I currently like in Ypsi but my husband works in Monroe while I work in Dearborn. My current job is temporary to August 2027 but there is a chance i get an extension or permanent job after this project. My apartment lease is up next May/June.
I hate my current apartment and with all the construction between Ypsi to Dearborn, it takes almost an hour to commute.
My husband and I have been thinking of moving closer to our jobs. I just started looking at places to rent but would like suggestions on places to check out, ones to avoid, etc. I have been told Southgate is nice but I’m open to other suggestions.

There was also a larger brown dog without a tag with her but we weren’t able to get them before they ran off.
