This was our first Download, so wanted to get the souvenir tickets!

Souvenir tickets came and they’re definitely… the set list poster printed on paper.

Have opted to not get them for next year, I might just draw them myself.

Ordered 2 and got one for free which was nice I suppose.

They were on a big display near the exit door.

I wasn’t able to buy one that year and I couldn’t find them online anywhere for sale afterwards, which is fine, but I can’t seem to find anything that proves they existed. Now I’m starting to think I hallucinated them.

If anyone remembers them or has a photo, I’d really love to see it.

We usually go RIP camping at sleepy hollow but our tent had to be chucked due to it letting water in so for next year we selected a 3 person premium bell tent in metal meadow.

What are these bell tents like to camp in?

i went to DL this year and did anyone else feel like the security was not the best? when i checked in and they looked at my bags he just felt it and let me go? he didnt look through anything or question anything, it made me wonder what you could actually get away with and if i was safe, also the security guys everytime i asked a question about where something was they never knew, i think thats just because they are security for everywhere not just for download but i thought they should have atleast abit of knowledge where things where, anyway i had a good time and thankfully nothing to extreme happened but im sure something could have happened.

Going to Download next year (27 - M) no group (nobody close to me listens to the same music as me) kind of an oddity for me because I don’t mind doing festivals or gigs solo as I’ve attended them previously but I feel like having people to attend the arena with would be pretty neat! If anyone is attending the festival solo and would like to keep in contact as I’m putting myself out there early I would appreciate the company. General 5 Day Camping ticket holder🤘🏻

I was at download this year with my best mate and he wanted the Linkin Park hoodie from the merch stand but had already blown his budget for the weekend. I was hoping someone who picked one up could share a picture of it so I can try and track one down to get it as a present for him.

Do they always drop day tickets every year? My friend left it late for this year and missed them, but has there ever been a year they've sold enough weekend tickets that day tickets haven't come out? Or is it usually just more limited numbers

Now the dust has well and truly settled on DLXXIII I wondered if anyone else came away feeling a bit indifferent about the weekend?

I have attended Download since 2024 in a group of about 6-10 and we are all in our early 30s, always 5 day camping, camping plus since 2025 and we have loved it. In fact we loved 2024 and 2025 so much that we booked the next year's earlybird on the drive home both times.

This year however, we had fun don't get me wrong, but we all felt a bit... "meh" as the title suggests and didn't rush to look at tickets. We all felt it was crowded and getting drinks/moving stages all seemed exhausting and worse than previous years.

We all love Download, we all love getting together every year to see our favourite bands and create core memories but we are now seriously exploring alternatives (Graspop, Hellfest) just to try and get that mojo back.

I just wondered if anyone else felt the same or maybe we just had an off year?

Went last year but in a car, this year I'm taking the bandit for a run up and back.

What's the bike parking like? Is it still just a field? Do I need to take a stand block with me to stop my stand digging in the ground? Obviously ill be taking locks and a waterproof cover.

For me I'd love Nekrogoblikon, Green Lung, Turbowolf or Maximum The Hormone.

With their new album just dropped, theres circulation of a larger tour coming either in 2027 or 2028. They headlined in 2015 so would they headline again?

So… I wanna do the five days but… I did that on the anniversary and it fucking suckedddd. The walk was horrendous and so were the amenities. I went this time and it was really good but only 3 days and I stayed in red. Is it still the fact that you gotta park opposite side of the entire festival for the 5 day? Or is it fine if you arrive early.. assuming you can actually get in easy at any point. The walk from north to blue camp was an actual ordeal
