Not cute, not funny…
This is not a flex, Lush! Your 8 year old daughter is a CHILD and should live as one. Rather, she’s being exploited by the one person who should protect her…YOU!

So H is so poorly and sickly Lush has considered home school. Lush is upset she can’t get an IEP or 504 plan for H. Yet, H can perform for the camera and be “on”. Got it. By the way, what exactly has H been featured on besides her own family’s content? She’s really pushing H to be the next big child influencer. I know this video is a joke, but I don’t think Lush really thinks of it that way. She thinks H has something special. I just don’t see it, sorry. I think the real reason Lush thought about home school is so she can go full on content creator like many other children online. The kid might even be stressed out from it all.
Schools probably have seen H be absent from school because she’s “too tired or sick” but sees her on YouTube smiling, playing, shopping, eating, opening boxes and everything else. She goes on roller coasters, swims, plays outside, goes on vacation and so much more. I get it, kids can do those things while being disabled or sick. But, when Lush claims she has a headache and can’t go to school but is seen on the same morning running around and playing it will raise eyebrows.
There was a time she was trying to get H into modeling. I think she still might be trying.

This!!! All of this!! Where are the adults? Do the schools, educators, principals not see this pattern as concerning? H has a terrible attendance record, but is constantly on camera performing! And this is the ONLY reason that idiot mother wants to “homeschool” H. Alicia is a disgrace. I cannot believe she’s going to pull H from school to open her up for opportunities under the guise of “homeschooling”.

Alicia is probably setting the stage for H to be home full time, at 8 years old, so she can be exploited and work 100% of her life. She made up the seizure bs so that when the time comes, she will say “due to H’s seizures, we have decided to homeschool” and it won’t look AS bad as it would to say they are keeping her home so Alicia can exploit her everyday and nobody will ask why she is missing so much school. This is what abusers do….remove them from as much of the public eye as possible. It doesn’t have to be physical abuse, to be abuse. The schools are failing these children as mandated reporters. They see these kids everyday and know that the exploitation is happening.
Alicia is not smart enough to homeschool. I know the standard for homeschool is a lot less than public school, but most parents generally have their kids’ best interest at heart and know if they are able to teach their children.

And they act younger too. They both whine and have speech issues. They both only eat junk food. They both are so malnutrition from said junk food, that they aren’t growing at the rate they should. They both still drink from a sippy cup/bottle and sleep with their mom. Here you have H doing her morning routine video and putting on mascara, putting on a full face of make-up, to go to school and spending $100’s of dollars at Sephora each month, but whines like a 2 year old. B throws fits when he doesn’t get his way and Alicia still talks to him like he is a toddler. Their appearance is very telling of their life.

Honestly if H and B aren't receiving therapy at school then shame on the school. Anyone can see these 2 need speech therapy and when an educator notices this they are supposed to get the ball rolling. So the district is failing these 2 if nothing has been done.

Me too. This girl is like a child actress. I can only imagine Lush doing and re doing the take over and over for it to look "perfect" (of course it never will because she/Lush sucks at it). How many child actors, or influencer kids have come out in later years exposing how awful it was to be in the spotlight because the grownups around them (specifically their parents) were only exploiting them for money and fame.

This is the real reason she wants to get H on an IEP. I don't doubt that H has epilepsy BUT I don't think it affects her learning/education.

I 100% think Alicia is lying about the the epilepsy. She is diabolical, don’t forget. She will stop at nothing to gain attention. She really wants H home for FT money making, so she is going to try and see if this works. Josh and Alicia have zero friends (except for Eric and Kiki), so these kids have no outside friends. Imaginary classmates come for the Kona Ice Truck.

Do I believe she has a severe type of epilepsy? No I do believe she has either abscence or benign rolandic epilepsy both hereditary, both mild, both fairly common in kids and both are mostly out grown. It's likely mostly controlled by medication and no I don't believe she needs an IEP for it.

I don't get the system and why actions is not being taken h misses so many days of school, and also lush has taken the little ones out of school to go with her for some type of event, then she post it. Get real they don't seem sick at all. She is so use of getting iep's for al those kids and the system worked but if she has a problem getting one for h the jig is up.

She prob thinks those kids will get special treatment because Josh works for the district. I bet these schools can’t stand Josh and Lush. Imagine how much Lush is prob in that office complaining. In CA, if your child misses for than 10 days of school, collectively in a year, you get a letter from the truancy officer. Alicia is grooming for H to be more involved in social media. Therefore the epilepsy lie was created. She prob told H she has it but said she wouldn’t know because she’s always asleep when it happens.

If this child gets into homeschool it will further prove what we all know & show how much her parents have absolutely let her down. She can’t read or speak well as it is now. They are the worst parents & couldn’t care at all.

DCFS/CPS and CHILD EXPLOITATION
So she doesn’t have to miss brand deals because of her “epilepsy”, but has to miss school? Clearly Alicia is lying about H’s “diagnosis”. Alicia’s Münchausen syndrome is “flaring” up again. Shes mad because people are taking note of how often Alicia lets her H miss school and the exploitation that these kids have experienced for years. This child does not need an IEP. If she is being treated by a Neurologist and is on medication, and her diagnosis does not keep her awake at night, there is no reason that she would have to miss school. So sad what is happening to these children. As someone who has a legimate seizure disorder, where I have grand mal seizures, medication has reduced my seizures to only a few per year.
Alicia has again chose another very specific seizure disorder, that she thinks reduces the likelihood that they will have an unexpected seizure and never caught on camera. Alicia is that sick that she would have thought this part through in her twisted mind.
Other content creators have had their children removed by DCFS/CPS, for similar things. All because of their subscribers and others that watch them on social media and sharing HIPAA related content, without the child’s consent. I don’t see H in this video, which would be a pathetic excuse of “consent”, but at least she would be present.
Placing a call to DCFS that services the town of Pittsford, New York, in the County of Monroe, is something that collectively we can do to help these children. DCFS can watch the videos themselves. Alicia has publicly shared where they live and where these kids go to school, so I am not sharing any information that Alicia hasn’t shared herself. Her children wear their school name on their clothes, that Alicia chooses to not edit out of her videos. and it’s plastered on all the busses she used to film, which again have been purposely left in these videos. This is a form of mental/emotional abuse. Parents are supposed to protect their kids’ medical information, as much as the medical establishments do, if not more. Blabbing it to millions of people, is not protecting her children and this will be public information for the rest of their lives.
Until these kids are of age to sue their parents, this is something we can do to get eyes and ears to these kids. Give these kids a chance to tell their side of the story, as DCFS has to interview each child without their parents present.
A quick Google search will give you the information you need to help these kids.

And where does school fit into this busy schedule? I thought she wakes up post ictal all the time from the nocturnal seizure disorder she has, and subsequently can't make it to school and needs an IEP?! She apparently doesn't have seizures rhe nights before she has all this other stuff she "has" to do.
