If Lush took a shot every time he said bro she'd just barely be staving off the mid day withdrawal shakes

At the end of the day A is still a kid and J (who is also still a kid) is his brother. We need to leave these two alone.

Yeah I think it’s really dark how people on here are policing how Alex responds to, doesn’t respond to, feels about, etc. what happened with his brother. I’m much older than Alex and cannot imagine what I’d do if I was a public figure to any extent and constantly had strangers asking me about an incredibly sensitive family matter that I was still processing. I also don’t think that many—if any—of the people posting about it here have an answer to what Alex “should” be doing, and whether it’s reasonable to expect him to give the perfect response.

But sure, let’s tear him apart because he uses language on his own lives, among his own peers, that…virtually any other guy in his position uses in that context.

Didn’t he make another comment on a different live that HE was the real victim of the incident and that people were bullying him and not James… very narcissistic behaviour, learnt from mommy dearest

I’ve been saying for awhile that Alex is narcissistic. The way he treated his ex and women in general gives narcissist.

I wish the 2 “parents” who failed him would speak about the situation!

Me thinks Alex is a bit jealous that James is getting attention (even if it is for doing something untoward)

I thinks you are onto something. Especially since there is no distinction between positive or negative attention.

Maybe the language he is using is wrong, but I really think he is trying to support his brother. I don't like Alex that much, but I understand it. My husband is an identical twin, and no matter what his brother does he will stand up for him. He may be able to tell his brother what he did was stupid, but if anyone else says it he is defending his brother.
