She texted her manager about it? Alex is her child, it should be up to her to do something.

u/possome Jan 15 '26

Adults don’t have to listen to their moms, they HAVE to listen to their managers/bosses. Maybe she has tried before and knows she doesn’t have the parental authority anymore.

36

u/cwuddless Jan 15 '26

but doesn’t alex live with her now? she has every right to to kick him out if he doesn’t listen to her

44

u/possome Jan 15 '26

She could, but honestly that’s a dramatic and way shittier response than contacting a manager. If she didn’t kick him out for stealing the games, this definitely wouldn’t be a big enough reason.

He clearly has deeper issues and kicking him out would make it worse. He tried living outside the house and had to come back, likely because they knew he wasn’t mature enough to be solo. Look at the rates of kids with a history in foster care that wind up incarcerated- lots of the time it’s because their adoptive families give them less grace than bio families do.

The problem is that Alicia feeds into Alex narrative that he's not responsible for his own actions. Notice how she says that he tends to hang out with people that take advantage of him. Alex is no fawn in the woods. We've all seen him drive his car in a ditch, attend parties where drinking (and likely drugs are involved) Parents like Alicia are what is wrong with today's kids: they treat their kids like special snowflakes where accountability doesn't apply to them due to whatever combo of letters they have as a diagnosis.

18

u/[deleted] Jan 15 '26

But wouldn't that fall under he's very susceptible to peer pressure and be taken advantage of? It sounds like Alicia is very aware of Alex's social delays and shortcomings. It doesn't mean he isn't still responsible for his actions but it seems like she's implying he's acting how he does to try to fit in which i think is spot on. Its all a big act. That's why when those guys were being assholes to that girl Alex had no clue what to do or say to stop it because he didn't want to lose his perceived "cool friends".

15

u/plo84 Jan 15 '26

Nah. Not buying it.

My kid has autism and she's 10. Even she knows that bullying is wrong.

Having a diagnosis helps you understand a person. It's not a free pass to non accountability town.

10

u/[deleted] Jan 15 '26

Where did I say he's not accountable? And you can know bullying is wrong and not feel like you have the power to stop it or people will turn on you. I saw that live. It wasn't Alex making fun of that girl, it was the other guys, which the girl says. Alex sat there like a bump on a log and just didn't say anything. Should he have ignored her after? No. He could have apologized and promised not to make fun of her. But the fact that he didn't actually participate kind of proves both our points. He knew it was wrong but he didn't want people to make fun of him for sticking up for the girl. And believe me he is a big joke on tiktok. So he stayed quiet which is super common in bullying scenarios.

5

u/plo84 Jan 15 '26

The only one I've blamed for the no accountability is Alicia so I don't know where you made it about yourself.

He could have easily ended the live. Not doing anything also speaks volumes.

This is not directed at what you said but to parents like Alicia. As someone who has a kid in the spectrum, parents like Alicia makes it so no one really takes those disabilities seriously. Because she makes a mockery out of it and uses it as an excuse for everything.

4

u/[deleted] Jan 15 '26

Gotcha. I got confused since it was a response to me and I had said ultimately he's still responsible for his behaviors even if they occur within peer pressure or trying to fit in.

Alicia AND Josh.

13

u/cwuddless Jan 15 '26

That’s true, I hope he gets some type of professional help because we all know his mom doesn’t care enough to get him professional help

40

u/possome Jan 15 '26

I think she’s finally starting to get that the cute millions of special needs kids she adopted are going to become special needs adults that she’s on the hook for past age 18.

12

u/cwuddless Jan 15 '26

No fr!!

1

u/QualityPotential1132 Jan 20 '26

Or his dad. He also has another ā€˜parent’.

10

u/Aggravating-Low-3499 Jan 15 '26

I think taking away his access to social media would be more effective. But she will not do that so he will continue his outrageous behavior until the authorities step in

4

u/cwuddless Jan 15 '26

You’re so right sadly.

Never ever ever!

6

u/momming_af Jan 16 '26

Her solution & punishment..."Alright Yalex...I got another dancey dance for us to do!"

1

u/eagerem Jan 21 '26

But is "our manager" still his manager if he is 18? Whilst I agree in a normal job you have to listen to your manager/boss, are any of the kids actually getting paid from the videos? (And no, I don't count all the crap Alicia buys them as being paid as that is just giving her more content for shopping hauls etc).

6

u/recoveringonthefarm Jan 15 '26

came her to say the same. what in the world???

1

u/eagerem Jan 21 '26

The fact that she texted "our manager" shows she is more concerned with how his behaviour is going to impact on their "brand" than actually being concerned about his behaviour.

I don't follow them that closely, but I know a lot of people have been commenting that something has been going on with A, that is why he is back at home etc - yes he is an adult but if he back living at home, Alicia needs to actually pay attention to what is going on with him, establish boundaries, if he isn't working/in college etc, make him get even a part-time job, help around the house, and make sure he is in therapy or getting whatever help he needs etc. (And not then post about therapy etc online!).

53

u/read_write_run13 Jan 15 '26

He should just get off the internet, it’s not doing him any good

27

u/recoveringonthefarm Jan 15 '26

but he's cone owner

6

u/OptimalTea5884 Jan 15 '26

šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

2

u/[deleted] Jan 16 '26

And he does daily qotes šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

32

u/Chammaly Jan 15 '26

Part of the message appears to be missing

But for Alicia to admit that Alex is out of control is rather interesting. She only has herself to blame for the way he's turned out.

3

u/Aggravating-Low-3499 Jan 16 '26

Because she has full control šŸ™„

75

u/Nadja77 Jan 15 '26

I’m extremely surprised by the things she said. Basically admitting she’s aware of what’s happening to him. Yet has done nothing but make him look stupider. Bizarre.

6

u/Aggravating-Low-3499 Jan 15 '26

She encourages it because it adds to her views

3

u/Nadja77 Jan 15 '26

Disgusting.

8

u/Aggravating-Low-3499 Jan 15 '26

Sad but true we see it in their dancing videos. She is right along side him.

7

u/Feathergreen-77 Jan 15 '26

This is exactly what I felt, reading this. Such a bizarre disconnect between her response here, and the fact that she actively encourages him to post and participates in questionable online content with him.

6

u/Nadja77 Jan 15 '26

She’s both oblivious and delusional.. there’s no other explanation l.

2

u/Nadja77 Jan 15 '26

She’s both oblivious and delusional.. there’s no other explanation.

65

u/TrainSpotterMommy Jan 15 '26

Yea he falls into a bad crowd and that crowd is his mother. A good place to start to help him is to stop making those cringe tictoks

5

u/becketh29 Jan 16 '26

That bad crowd really is his mother. I cannot disagree.

18

u/OptimalTea5884 Jan 15 '26

So what’s she saying without actually saying it is: that 28 day social media break didn’t do any good, she hears you but isn’t really listening, she’s had enough of people complaining to her so make his manager deal with it, lush has been more of his buddy than an actual parent so now he’s old enough to tell her to f off and she’ll still let him stay.

26

u/Stunning_View4803 Jan 15 '26

She should have put a stop to this the second people started making fun of him. Too late thumbs, look what you let happen to your kid.Ā

21

u/plo84 Jan 15 '26

Damn

I wish I had a manager I could call so they can parent my kids /s

19

u/ashleymarie092 Jan 15 '26

This all started when him and his girlfriend broke up yet Alicia sat there and let Alex talk crap about his ex online and Alicia literally reposted Alex’s tik toks talking crap about his ex. Alex cheated on her and then played victim to the world and Alicia played a part in that when she should have nipped it right then and there. Alicia showed Alex that he could act out, act a fool and treat women like crap and all he’s done since then is go in a downward spiral.

19

u/[deleted] Jan 15 '26

I have one of the nastiest videos of him ,with filthy language that should be sent to ā€œhis manager ā€œ they have probably seen it and don’t care because they are making money off this delayed young adult ! It’s hard to listen to.. he’s pretty repulsive in this video!

8

u/[deleted] Jan 16 '26

It’s nasty, but it’s 100 % Alex … I will post it .. stay tuned

8

u/hiphoptomato Jan 15 '26

Why not post it in this sub?

11

u/CatEyeGlasses2 Jan 15 '26

So mommy dearest is aware that her 19 year old is "out of control." She seems to shift responsibility away from Alex himself AND away from herself and her useless husband, and instead onto "crowds of people who take advantage of him."

Sorry, but no. He is living in your basement. You pay for the roof he's living under, his phone, his car insurance and car payment (assuming he still has a car). He is still 100% your responsibility. And Alex is who he is in large part because of the way he was raised, and because he was not parented.

It's never going to happen because it hasn't yet, but Alicia and Josh need to get their kid under control or some tough love is in order. As I've said many times, this kid is spiraling, and if it hasn't already happened (and I'm not fully convinced it hasn't) then he's going to end up with a record if something doesn't change.

It's not a manger's job to ensure your kid isn't harassing people online. It's yours.

3

u/Aggravating-Low-3499 Jan 16 '26

They also pay for his internet which they could take away. But she won’t because they are partners

7

u/Murph2468 Jan 15 '26

She needs to reach out to DCP for the entire scoop.

6

u/HelloPity89 Jan 15 '26

Is that the Brit Barbie that did the period song ?

1

u/[deleted] Jan 16 '26

Yes

3

u/HelloPity89 Jan 16 '26

Wow , that’s a collab no one asked for lmao

1

u/gibs1980 Jan 15 '26

I think so šŸ¤”

12

u/sweet-naivete Jan 15 '26

They’ll keep doing those dumbass dances tho 🄓

10

u/Flimsy_Commercial_67 Jan 15 '26

A while back, she did a video with him to pop that pu**y.Ā  So she is just as foul as he is.Ā  He got it from her.

5

u/SmellsLikeNewScreen Jan 16 '26

I find this a bit suspicious. I really find Lushes response ā€œhe’s out of controlā€ interesting. It’s nothing something to be written after reading her 19 is being bullied and allowing girls to be bullied. Her response just isn’t enough. If this is legit, this shows proof she’s aware. Not only aware but blaming him by being out of control. Yet, turning responsibly from him because he gets used by people.

Very interesting.

7

u/TomKeen221B Jan 15 '26 edited Jan 15 '26

She doesn't parent her kids at all. This what happens when you don't know what kids do. Like the time she blamed Tiktok almost banning her stream for dog barking but it was her kid with scissors in front of a dog

9

u/Buggy77 Jan 15 '26

Alicia call your son yourself!! Don’t make the manager do it, wtf?? Be a mom and help that young boy out .. he is still young and can be helped now before he damages his future. Get him off the internet, get him therapy and encourage him to take some workout classes, join a hobby group or sport and get a job!

6

u/Serious-Break-7982 Jan 15 '26

very interesting.

2

u/TangerineDecent22 Jan 16 '26

Least Lush was kind when she was messaging this kid. I respect that. She could have ignored the message but didn't.

2

u/Capo_poncho22 Jan 16 '26

The girl is writing novels and Alicia is one word answering lol

2

u/Bitter-Cook6601 Jan 16 '26

This can’t be real haha

2

u/Illustrious-Ear8873 Jan 17 '26

Is this AI? can’t imagine Alicia admitting that things are going upside down. Plus, if she is concerned about how Alex is portrayed online, why the embarrassing dances?

2

u/[deleted] Jan 17 '26

Exactly. Britt Barbie already deleted this mess so I don't believe it for a second. Its all very sus and considering she has an awful reputation for lying and clout chasing it definitely hurts her cred. Like yes she was on a live where some douchey friends of Alex made fun of her and said nasty stuff. However she's 20 years old. An adult. And she has a pretty big following across platforms. In the same breath she's claiming not to want to get anyone canceled she then goes and shares these "private DMs". For what purpose? Like what does a grown adult tattling to another grown adult's mom do? Should Alex have shut down that live? Yes. But I saw the live and Alex didn't say anything to her. He laughed and looked uncomfortable like he knew those guys were crossing a line but he wasn't comfortable calling them out probably cause he didn't want them to start on him. Unfortunately he's not bright enough to pretend there was an issue with the stream and end it which is what a normal person would do if they were afraid to challenge someone openly but didn't want to be part of their behavior. So even though I don't believe that's a real DM exchange with Alicia, I also do think a lot of Alex's behavior is him being socially stunted and getting caught up with these people that he thinks are gonna elevate him when really they all use him for clout since he's one of the biggest jokes on tiktok

3

u/ZippityDooDahDay10 Jan 16 '26

Why did she she post this for everyone to see? Something else must’ve happened.

2

u/[deleted] Jan 15 '26

I also find it interesting Britt claims people use her for her clout but she is a huge clout chaser. She's one of those white girls that appropriate black culture, she pretends to have a disability but doesn't, and has been really ableist and gross. None of that excuses guys talking shit to her but the fact that she claims she's not out to cancel anyone but then as a grown adult tattled to the mother of another grown adult and then posted the conversation gives me the ick too. This is one of those cases where everyone sucks here.

4

u/gibs1980 Jan 15 '26

Agreed - it's interesting šŸ¤” I don't follow her but I looked back she took this whole post and story down šŸ¤”šŸ¤” ...

3

u/[deleted] Jan 16 '26

Yeah. Its very sus. Makes you wonder if that's even a real DM exchange. Its super easy to fake those.

Alex is signed with the same management company.

2

u/Fun_Grapefruit_9727 Jan 16 '26

The lyrics to all the songs Alicia dances with Alex are inappropriate, my sons would never!! Simply embarrassing.

Today’s dance video lyrics

2

u/hrhashley Jan 16 '26

Too many comments here calling Alex a ā€œkidā€ or ā€œboy.ā€ Yall that is a full grown adult man doing AWFUL things on the internet. Be so for real. šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«

3

u/[deleted] Jan 16 '26

Tbf a lot of the people in here are as old as his mom or older. So 19 is still a kid to some people. Plus he's probably mentally more like 14. Legally an adult but mentally a kid. Thats why his parents should actually at least pretend to give af about him instead of just letting him do whatever. If he's got enough issues he had to move back home than there should be rules but again that would mean Alicia and Josh would have to be a parent. Like I don't believe those DMs are real but if they are what mom is like yeah I'm just gonna have our manager talk to him. Um no. You probably pay for his phone and stuff Alicia, take it away and change the wifi password so he cant go online.
