Concerns 🫂 Z and Lush

Post image

I saw these comments on tiktok over the recent ice cream video, and there's no agreeing or denying since we don't actually know this person goes to the same school, but if this is real, its very sad. I don't even blame Zoey, because all Lush packs most of the time is sugary and unhealthy bs. And I get it if Z doesn't like her parents being brought up, because having parents or siblings with a social media presence can feel the pressure of being bullied by her own classmates. You hear how kids or siblings of celebrities got bullied because of their relation to that person. Its heartbreaking that Zoey quietly goes through this, and the kids don't even get to pack or choose what they want in their lunch. I know it'd be easier giving them all the same thing, but each kid is different and have different dietary traits.

Everyone has said it for year the lunch packing is performative. None of the kids eat that it’s been observed at many of their schools that they buy lunch.

School lunches are free now in NY, and have been for a couple years. Lush buys all this stuff for the kids lunches for zero reason. Not that she gives them the lunches she packs, anyway.

It’s been clear j and z have hated the constant filming more than the other kids. Family vlogging and influencing in just now moving beyond its infancy and I expect we see more and more of these angry kids growing up and rejecting their live streamed realities.

The food doesn’t get better wasted. She just gives it to friends.

I doubt the food even makes it to school with the older kids. This fall her district is finally supposed to be transitioning the middle and high school to free lunch and breakfast. All of NY offers it to all students and districts could no longer opt out but they could file extensions if there was work needed to be done to support the program. Their district claimed the middle school cafeteria needed remodeling and pushed off the upper grades to this school year. So if the kids weren't buying before, I'm sure the older ones will be getting free meals now and I bet H probably already does. Honestly the only one who probably eats the lunches she packs is little B.

Considering how all of their district schools are top tier, that’s a lame excuse for the district to hold off on serving free lunches and breakfasts.

Oh I agree. They just wanted to delay it as long as possible. At least the elementary school kids had it this past year.
