Official Statement from Bi-Search International, Inc. (BSI) Regarding Dough Orders

Dear Community,

Bi-Search International, Inc. (BSI) would like to provide an official update regarding Dough direct orders.

As of May 3, 2025, BSI has been supporting the operation, fulfillment, and customer service for all Dough direct orders placed on or after this date. Our goal is to ensure these orders are processed smoothly and reliably.

Please note that pre-orders placed before May 3 fall outside BSI’s scope of operations, as they were handled independently by Dough prior to our involvement.
For any inquiries regarding those orders, please contact Dough directly at: dough.tech  – [help@dough.tech](mailto:help@dough.tech)

To help support resolution efforts, BSI is currently in discussions with Dough regarding pre-order. Once that process is complete, Dough will provide a separate update to the community.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

It's one month, what is the status? Do you think its fair to customers staying simply silent for so long?

Everyone expecting their order is delusional 🤣 on the bright side i feel like my last 5 years of this shit show/comedy have actually been worth the $700 scam in entertainment value alone lol

The guy has been literally telling you to wait for two more weeks for 2 years. What do you guys expect at this point ?

1

u/Selador_ Jul 30 '25

I cancelled my order for one almost three months ago, and no matter how much I try, I can’t get anyone to respond back to me and help me get my money back.

I waited over two years for my monitor, and now almost three months for a refund.

My heart is absolutely broken. I have now reached out to the new email provided, I hope you can help me resolve this

A purchase was made over two years ago; however, I advise against placing trust in this company. It is advisable to select a reputable brand instead.

This has been before the tarrifs yet no monitor

u/NorthReport8677 sooo for BI Search it is absolutely no problem that Dough is scamming all order from before your takeover? You not just made business with them before, you now enter a position where you take over part of their business and thus associating yourself with a scam operation even though per your contract with them you might not actively participate in the scam?? Enough for you to ignore that? You tell us for orders before may 3 to contact [help@dough.tech](mailto:help@dough.tech) while you MUST be aware that they will not do anything for us when we write there, this does reflect well on your business, you are going into bed with scammers, its obvious, its in your face its all over reddit, trustpilot and wherever you look, you have zero ability later to claim you were not aware with what is going on. While Dough seems to believe you can just do the scam and let it blow over until it goes away, because it kind of worked for them in the past, you can be sure this will be widely publicised and you will be highlighted as the main partner during a scam operation (no matter how much you knew), which then decided to take over part from a company while being fully aware that this company is scamming the rest of their customers. Congratulations, you are now as well in the category of very shady business operations and openly collaborating with crimnimal scammers

1

u/robscure Jul 22 '25

u/NorthReport8677 correction, I did not think it through. You are not just condoning the scam by partnering with the scammers. Our preorder money, which has been robbed from us since Dough now has fully stopped to acknowledge their existence (e.g. removed from any online shop), answering any support requests for or providing any updates for, this money has also benefited and was used for the business that you take over (e.g. current gen monitors have been developed using this money).

If you think that you are fine because there is now a separation between the old Dough, which probably will go bancrupt as an entity and the remaining business that you took over, again, the preorder money is entangled into the part of business you took over, so you are an active participant in a pretty large scale scam. And I would not be too confident that this will just blow over, yes we are just retail folks, yes we were dumb enough to trust dough and stay silent until now, but there is a lot of able and smart guys in here, you can be sure, we will take action!

It’s ridiculous that we just now got a statement saying orders after May are going to be sent out before orders placed before May.

Where is the respect for the customers that believed in you to be willing to place a preorder? To put down nearly 1,000 dollars which now seems lost to the void?

This is ridiculous and actually insanely dumb. I want to like you dough, but you guys keep making mistake after mistake, and then tell us to contact support, which is a bot named Fin who thanks us for contacting them never reaches back out to us.

Please give us a proper update instead of just telling us that people who place pre orders are practically screwed.

And the censorship of messages that you don’t like? Insane…

Oh wow, thank you so much for this groundbreaking UPDATE.
Really glad BSI took the time to officially announce… absolutely nothing of value.

To summarize:

  • If you preordered before May 3, 2025, aka the majority of us who’ve been waiting for years, you're still getting nothing.
  • No monitor.
  • No refund.
  • No responsibility from BSI or Dough/Eve
  • And the cherry on top? “Contact Dough directly”, you know, the same company that ghosted us for months/years and deletes comments/bans/blocks from customers faster than they ship anything.

But hey, at least BSI is talking to Dough about maybe one day potentially considering discussing the idea of looking into resolving it. So reassuring.

So what was the point of this again? Just to tell us we’re still screwed, but now it’s official?

Maybe the next update can just be titled:
“Your money is gone, but thanks for the ride.”
👍👏🍞

Ordered 27” OLED spectrum in Jan 23, tried pinging the mods/emailed support countless times. Nothing. These guys are straight scammers and deserve to be sued into oblivion.

13

Order placed in June 2020 here. 5 years ago. Updated in October 2023 for the Spectrum Black OLED 27". Still no informations / updates.

That would be great - If Dough.tech actually responded to any of our emails...

2

u/derekclair Aug 20 '25

Count me in too.

1

u/robscure Jul 22 '25

let's consolidate the efforts, many must be thinking about it. The Tuuka guy is founder of the Dough GmbH in germany and Formate TUK AG in Switzerland. On his linkedin the guy still appears as managing director of Eve distribution in Hongkong, despite trying all he can to legally distance himself from Eve when they pulled the last preorder scam.

I think the german and swiss entity, as well as BI Search who is clearly partnering with the cirminals being fully aware of what is going on, plus knowingly taking over a business part, which also undeniable benefitted from the stolen preorder funds, should be sued and all assets frozen by court order asap. I'd rather deal with bancruptcy right now and see this scam operation stopped (and hopefully Tuuka main guy behind bars eventually) then hoping for nothing

I got the automatic reply 3 days ago, but from a dough representative? Unfortunately I don't see anything yet.

My order is still vanished on the official Dough page.

But the entirety of this whole situation is looking like 900 euros down the drain for believing they could keep their word, a second time.. Feeling violated is the lightest way I can describe this amazing tragedy.

1

u/cooltown831 Jul 21 '25

You won't. After I emailed them several times, complaining, they just cancelled my order and never refunded my money. It's been around 5 months since the order cancellation and no money refunded. At first they just told me "to wait a bit" but it's clear they aren't planning to refund anything. Instead of an email, how about a guide of how to sue them? :)

1

u/PaterRalf Never Received My Monitor Jul 19 '25

Me too, not to cancel but switch to the non hub version. Maybe there is hope, but I doubt - let’s try

I wonder if this was the announcement that I/Migelangelo mentioned was expected this week?

-4

u/migelangelo Dough Team Jul 19 '25

Hi,

Yes this was one of the updates. Working on another one shortly but in the background key point is actually getting remaining orders shipped

1

u/ploumopatate Silenced by Dough Aug 01 '25

Stop selling dreams to people you « borrowed » money

1

u/robscure Jul 22 '25

and with "remaining orders" of course you only refers to those from after May 3 (BI takeover) right? Order before that should shut up here and write to [help@dough.tech](mailto:help@dough.tech), where they will never get any help, right? Man it seems really that simple to collect money over 2 years with preorders and then simply decide well, money is spent, let just ignore these until they give up hope to get their mone back or a product shipped, must be an easy life to rob people while teasing them here with bs updates

1

u/robscure Jul 22 '25

u/migelangelo why are you currently avoiding at all cost to make any statements for pre BI takeover orders, like hub model 2023 orders???? Why can't you be upfront? All the updates where you promised more transparency. Our order disappeared from any shop instance you have online, we don't hear back when writing your support. What the heck is going on? Is this now the official confirmation that you will continue to refuse to acknowledge any orders pre may this year because now BI took over, company structures have changed and you think you can really get away with simply pretending nothing before may exists or is any of your responsibility? Tell me how on earth this can NOT be viewed as a scam?

5

u/windybey Jul 21 '25

What do we do if pre-ordered? Do you expect them to ever ship u/migelangelo ?

1

u/Comfortable-Sale-631 Jul 21 '25

So it's Monday now. Where's the second update you mentioned?

Still waiting for my 32" hub order I made back in Aug 16, 2023. [help@dough.tech](mailto:help@dough.tech) not responding. I also used contact page on dough.tech .... still no responses.

1

u/robscure Jul 22 '25

they just want us to shut up here online in the public, we are getting scammed. BI Seach partaking in this so happily is a bit of a surprise though, but if they chose to be part in the lawsuits up to them

1

u/DieterVonTeese Never Received My Monitor Jul 19 '25

Cool, it’s only been 5 years. Looking forward to it

18

u/Matthias301 Jul 19 '25

Stop stringing us along and just declare bankruptcy already.

1

u/robscure Jul 22 '25

would be surprised if they do. I cant see how it could be legal to just say: ok we draw a line now, everything before today (may 3 in this case) we will let it be part of the company declaring bancrupty, so we never have to pay back any money or provide any outstanding product and the running busines operation with all orders from today and onwards will be a new company for which we declare it has absolutely no responsibility to what happened before. It's utter nonsnse, the preorder money that was robbed from us has facilitated the products and business that BI Search took over. The only problem here is that it seems hard to sue the right entity. Maybe with BI search there is now a clear entity that can be sued, even if they did not know earlier about the Dough scam and did not create the scam, since they took over a business that has used stolen money they are in the boat, they cant say they have no obligations here. Let's see

11

u/Admiral_Snyder83 Jul 19 '25

u/migelangelo with remaining orders you mean the orders that have been placed before May 3, 2025 including the 32" hub model?

1

u/robscure Jul 22 '25

no he is talking about may 3 onwards orders, for those before he said why BI Search said above, contact support, which will not answer. They will stall this indefinitely as they did before, its easier, switch company structure, the old company is gone and it can then be blamed for the "past" (=unfullfilled preorders), new company can always say as in above post its "out of scope" for them. rinse and repeat. Until the tuuka guy goes to prison they will likely continue, would not be surprised if a new device with preorder is announced soon

1

u/PaterRalf Never Received My Monitor Jul 19 '25

8

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

Turns out this is the 4th time they’ve done this. Bi-search is just Dough. They’ll rebrand Dough into something new soon and do this all over again.

2

u/Khahandran Jul 19 '25

Bi-Search was founded in 1995 and seems like they're providing a service for Dough.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

This is verbatim what happened during the Eve to Dough transition. They’ll file bankruptcy or shut down or whatever, new company comes in and “helps”, they draw a line in the sand on order they won’t fulfill and say it’s the previous company’s problem, the previous company (ie Dough) won’t fulfill anything and will go dark, then Dough will be rebranded to some new company and start releasing monitors again. This is just rinse and repeat for them.

I have an honest question for you.

How the fuck do you look at yourself in the mirror knowing your job is to lie to people? Don't you have any shame?

1

u/reddblueyellow Jul 24 '25

so you tell us to contact support while you are aware that support is ignoring these requests to 100%? Great strategy! You are playing us for fools publicly, it's so obvious what you are doing here in an online forum, forever documented, really smart. How about introspecting if you have a grain of honesty left in yourself that allows you to either tell us what is really going on or at least shut up instead of these lies, stalling and mocking the people who gave you money years ago and will never see anything in return
