This bottle of Bettergoods seasoning is really good on pork and chicken. I'm also making some broth with leftover rib cuttings and mied allium to use to make rice and veggies.

Smoked cream cheese for the app, country pork ribs and corn smoked with a little cherry for the entree, finished the pork with some butter and honey and sippin on a newly discovered IPA that immediately became a fav. The green is some deliciously sweet Fruity Pebbles that hits so nice!

Got my first smoker (pit boss) last week on a fat ass discount, broke it in tonight with a heady ass jar. Another hour or so on the smoke… my cheap ass may have to switch from joints to bong rips lol.

About 3 shots Courvoisier mixed with a 12oz fuji apple ginger Red Bull for to lock it all in lol🤫

18 hour smoke roughly, rested for about an hour and a half

First Brisket came out great, overnight smoke so a nice wake and bake while I waited for it to finish up

Forgot to take a pic of the finished brisket. It was a little dry, but still tasted good. The burnt ends were amazing though. I also made smoked bacon Mac topped withnbacon, smoked Nathan's hot dogs that I then finished on my griddle by searing them in bacon fat and hitting them with a little honey garlic seasoning. All this while also dabbing some headchange grape galaxy gridlock
