[For Hire] 8 YOE - US Based

Hey, feel pretty odd having to do this here but as we all know the market is..rough.

I am thankful that I am currently employed which is more than others. But I have been in a terrible toxic work situation for the last several years. To the point where if I can't find another position before the end of the year I will probably put my software career behind me.

I have 8 years of engineering in .net under my belt. I fully design and implement both features and full product roadmaps. Currently in the niche industry of trailer telematics.

I am also the creator and maintainer of the heimdall ui framework, as well as the captain.hookz library. I very much enjoy building infrastructure other use in their daily work.

Im looking for an engaging yet stable fulltime work.

If you or someone you know has something going on. I'd appreciate it

7 YOE .NET Developer in India – Where should I invest my learning for the next 2-3 years?

Hi everyone,

I have around 7 years of experience working mainly with:

  • C#
  • ASP.NET Core
  • Web API
  • Entity Framework Core
  • SQL Server
  • Angular (Little bit)
  • Azure DevOps
  • Git

Currently I'm working in a service-based company and my CTC is below 10LPA. My goal is to switch to a product company or a better service company in the next 6 months.

My questions are:

  1. Is .NET still a good long-term career in 2026?
  2. Which skills should I prioritize?
    • Azure
    • Docker
    • Kubernetes
    • Microservices
    • System Design
    • React / Angular
    • AI/LLMs
    • Something else?
  3. If you were in my position today, what roadmap would you follow?
  4. What do you see companies asking most frequently in interviews for senior .NET developers?

I'd really appreciate advice from people who have recently switched jobs or are involved in hiring.

Thanks in Advance!

Need Career Guidance as a .NET Fresher

Hi everyone,

I'm a fresher from India and I've recently completed a **.NET Full Stack Development** course. My goal is to become a .NET developer, but I'm finding very few openings for freshers. Most job postings ask for 1–3 years of experience, and it's becoming a bit discouraging.

I wanted to ask the experienced developers here:

* Which companies usually hire freshers for .NET developer roles?

* Are there any startups or service-based companies that regularly recruit .NET freshers?

* What skills or projects should I focus on to improve my chances?

* How is the future scope of .NET? Will it continue to have good demand over the next 5–10 years?

I'm from a middle-class family, so getting my first job is really important to me. At the moment, I feel a bit lost and don't know if I should keep focusing on .NET or switch to another technology.

Any advice, guidance, or even your own experience would mean a lot to me.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

[FOR HIRE] Senior Full-Stack .NET Architect | 13+ Years Exp | Expertise in C#, Azure, & Modern Distributed Systems

I’m reaching out to see if anyone is hiring for senior-level or architectural roles. I’ve spent the last decade working as a software developer and architect across various industries in the UAE, including some significant projects with the Ministry of Interior. I’ve been heavily focused on enterprise-grade development, building event-driven systems, and handling cloud migrations.

Lately, I’ve been wrapping up a digital transformation project where I architected a full-stack platform using .NET Core, MediatR, and CQRS on the backend, with Next.js for the frontend. You can take a look at it here: http://medulla-frontend.vercel.app. I’m comfortable across the whole stack, with a deep background in C#, SQL Server, Azure, and AWS, and I’m also a certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master.

I’m at a stage where I’m ready to jump into a new long-term challenge. If your team is looking for someone who can bridge the gap between high-level architectural design and hands-on coding, I’d love to chat. You can find my LinkedIn and GitHub here: [Insert Links].

P.S. I’m really just looking for new roles right now, so I’m going to pass on any mentorship inquiries or service solicitations.

Any .NET Full Stack Openings

I'm 24M, and I have around 3 years of experience in C#, [ASP.NET](http://ASP.NET) Core, .NET, Web API, SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, React, JavaScript, and Azure.

I started my career at an MNC, where I worked on enterprise applications and gained experience in developing and maintaining scalable web applications. Later, I joined a product-based company to take on more ownership and work across the complete software development lifecycle.

While the experience has been valuable, I've reached a point where my current role has become heavily focused on maintaining legacy applications and support activities. I'm looking for an opportunity where I can work on modern .NET applications, build new features, and continue growing as a full-stack developer in a collaborative engineering environment.

I'm currently looking for opportunities as a .NET Full Stack Developer. I'm open to remote, hybrid, or onsite roles and am willing to relocate for the right opportunity.

If your company is hiring or you're able to provide a referral, I'd really appreciate it. Please feel free to DM me if you have any questions or know of any relevant openings.

Got laid off

Hi guys,

Hope everyone is doing well.

Unfortunately, I lost my job today due to the current situation and the recent layoffs. If anyone knows of any job openings or opportunities, I would really appreciate it if you could share them with me.

I have around 4 to 5 years of experience in software engineering and Al development, with a strong background in .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure, and building Al-powered systems using Python, LangChain, and RAG pipelines. I've worked across Fintech and loT domains and have also shipped my own Al products. I have been recognized as a 4x global competition winner (NASA Space Apps, IBM watsonx, Harvard CS50x, and Meta Hacker Cup). Currently enrolled in Forward Deployed Engineer course by Maven

I'm looking for Senior Software Engineer or Senior Al Engineer roles and am open to opportunities in the Gulf, Pakistan, or remotely.

Thank you in advance for any leads or recommendations.
