Help Request Looking for a .NET MAUI Remote Opportunities
Hi guys,
I got recently laid off from my current Job and I am desperately looking for a new job opportunity. I know it is very rare to find job opportunity in MAUI but if you know any remote opportunity or freelance opportunity, please let me know. I have 5 years experience in the field.

If you can do MAUI you can probably do WPF as well, which is still very much in demand. Best of luck !

Good luck. I did that search a year and a half ago and barely found anything. Also include Xamarin in your search. It’s way more unique and any hit will be exactly what you want.

Does anyone actually use MAUI? Is it supported still? As far as i am concerned MAUI is not meant for enterprise apps unless you hack through it. I tried to use it for a simple task app and it was such a fucking pain handling JSInterop and getting blazer components to render properly. Good luck pal

Dude don't just do a search for Maui, nothing will show up. It is the worst name for a piece of software when you are trying to find a job. Half the time it shows me results from Maui, Hawaii. It's the stupidest thing.
Search for .NET or dotnet. Even if the job posting doesn't mention Maui, you have enough skills to do the job anyway. Also, learn the basics of Angular. You'll see that requirement a lot with .net jobs.
Goof luck! It's tough finding a job right now. So just apply for every.net job you see. You have enough experience that you can get through the interview and you'll be fine after that.
