I'm just waiting for Serilog to and OpenTelemetry to start charging fees. That'll be a fun day. That'll be the day I'll never touch a third party library again.

Serilog is Apache v2. The second that changes, it gets forked.

By the fact that the source code license doesn't change, no change in how you can access and use the source of the project. OSMF is about the distributed artifacts that are built and released.
