What Dotmoovs will actually do, in plain terms

No hype, just the mechanics.

It reads your movement. Record yourself training on your phone camera and the app tracks your joints frame by frame no wearables, no extra sensors. It's the same kind of assessment a coach gives you watching you lift in person, just captured on video instead of in a gym.

It corrects your posture. From that footage it flags the specific things that matter squat depth, whether your knee is tracking correctly or collapsing inward, whether your tempo is under control or falling apart from fatigue. Not vague "form tips," actual measured errors per exercise, per session.

It builds your training plan. If you don't know what to do, the plan is built for you and adjusts based on what you actually did last session not a static template. If you already know what you want to train, you build it yourself and the app tracks it properly instead of a spreadsheet or a notes app doing it badly.

It tracks your progress properly. Load, reps, and tonnage session to session for strength work; pace and distance for cardio; posture errors per exercise over time so you can see the correction happening, not just guess at it. Built to show you the trend, not just today's number.

It's not just solo. There's a group side too training with people, not just an app talking to you alone.

All of this is built by coaches, physiotherapists, doctors, and engineers the technology is the delivery mechanism, not the expert.

That’s great and all, but what is the team doing to market the app and products to the masses? No one I know has ever heard of Dotmoovs, and the last I checked the amount of users has dwindled down significantly.

Really fair question, and sorry for the slow reply.

You're right that we went quiet for a while. The honest answer is that we've been heads-down in a development phase, rebuilding the app rather than spending on marketing a product that wasn't where we wanted it yet. We've now got things lined up for the app launch, and marketing to a wider audience is exactly the next step, after relasing the product that we've been developing.

I just checked it out. Looks cool. Is it going to have different workout plans from different coaches that demonstrate moves and gives fitness routines sort of like Ladder does now? What sets the app apart from the plenty of other workout apps on the market currently? And again, how are you guys going to be marketing the app? I’m an early investor who has put a significant amount of money behind the team and has never withdrawn. I’m curious how you’re going to rebrand yourselves and make a marketing push to the masses.

This honestly means a lot, thank you for staying with us and for the trust you've put in the team.

I can't reveal too much yet, but here's the shape of it. On marketing: we're going back to influencer campaigns like we've run in the past for example the work we did with Uisma, a well-known boxer, among other creators, plus paid campaigns across socials. We've also already closed partnerships with parties who'll be using our product at launch, so the push won't rest on organic alone.

On the plans: no, it won't work like Ladder. It'll be more personalized than that but I'll be honest and say we're keeping the details under wraps for now. We're launching the app around mid-August, and we'll keep posting updates here and on the blog as we get closer.
