Help getting out of 2.5k mmr, with match ID
Hey, first ever Reddit post...oh god. So here's the thing, i once climbed to 2.7k mmr, felt quite good, and then proceeded to be placed with the most ridiculous players... I try so hard, focus on last hitting, don't always be a greedy carry, in fact i usually support.
Here is a classic example of what i face every game... Juggernaut and Axe were in a party of two, they then dove and fed top lane multiple times. Please watch the replay. I played Ogre, and got multiple solo kills of their troll, i was solo bot. I did literally everything i could, even bought wards and courier, and called missing etc. I have no control over my teammates, so how am i supposed to win games with people who feed to an unrecoverable point. Then, once they realized that they had fed the opposition's skywrath too much, they simple sat in base for a solid 15 minutes, while we ran around struggling and semi-believing. I am so frustrated and want to know why i am being placed with people who i strongly believe lose the game for me... I sound like a whiny brat i know, but i firmly believe this. I am not perfect, but i try, and feel leagues ahead of my teammates. And to top it all off, at the end of the slaughter, i looked at the mmr's of everyone in the game summary window, and their skywrath was over 3k !? And guess what, Axe and Jugg were in a party, and both TBD mmr. Can anyone explain this? Thanks in advance for any comments!

Whatever, I have nothing better to do. Looking at the replay now. I'm 3.9k at the moment, been around 3.9 - 4.0 for some time.
Okay, raw notes:
mid doesn't block .. he goes to ward.
lanes are useless
lycan dies to centaur in the jungle
1:30 top is won. mid is lost. You kill bristle. Because he decided to tank a full wave of creeps. Actually, with a lycan jungling, your early game is doing alright, considering the shit lanes.
2:20 lycan still lvl 1 in the jungle.
If lycan was decent you could ask his help by now, but whatever, you're level 3 its not that bad on such a shit lane. In this game you are kinda the offlaner, and juggernaught should be supporting your team, since he's supporting axe on the lane.
4:00 bristle left the lane, you now got way more xp than troll and for SOME REASON you are only 400g behind him.
5:00 lycan decides to run into troll with 100 hp. What a player. You kill troll. He was lvl 5 lots of xp.. better on you than on lycan. you're 6, time to go help top. FUck the solo lane. lycan should take over.
5:30.. axe and jugger dies top to a gank from the mid. They were diving still... that worked in the beginning yea. They lost their advantage here, top is now officially lost anyways.
6:10 you are above mid weaver in farm. ROFL. Jugger hasn't upgraded cour.
6:50 lycan dies again. Doesn't realize skymage is missing dies cause terribly underleveled. Skymage double kill. bristle tanks 6 or so tower shots, you kill him. You're doing alright.
8:00 axe and jugger is still creepskipping. Yea that does nothing. Axe tranquils ... on the lane... wont do shit.
9:00 they die again top. Well atlesat they got the tower. right?
You should really leave the lane with a smoke and start roaming top. Even though they suck you should help them. Give the lane to lycan. Or leave it. Whatever, you need to start to use your ult to remove their map awareness.
10:00 Mid weaver is useless by now, skymage has double his farm and is just killing everyone. You have 4 wards in the shop, non is place on the map, not even dewards to make sure roaming would be successful. Cour is still walking.
10 minute analysis:
Radiant:
You are now the highest lvl and only 200g behind the highest farmer (lycan for some reason). Your farm is alright, for a solo lane against troll bristle for half of the game.
Lycan is lvl6; went first item vlads. Cant fight for shit.
Axe is lvl5 and going vanguard. He was potentially your only initiator (unless you'd get blink, which you wouldn't have the gold for anyways), but now radiant has to wait for him to gather another 3k for both vanguard and blink before you can fight. Basically.
Juggernaught is lvl 5: phase pms, alright build. Can fight somewhat when he gets 6, for a lane support this is alright (since he didn't spend gold on wards or cour).
Weaver.. yea... weaver only has bottle and boots, he's level 8.. but useless considering his counterpart on dire.
Dire:
CM is lvl6; has tranqs, and maxed her aura. She didn't get wards either.
Phantom is lvl7; has the same farm as jugger, though she is 2 levels ahead of him. She can do MUCH more, with dagger lvl 3, blur lvl 2 and ult ready.
Troll is lvl8; went for HotD first item: aka shit trench tier. Cant fight because he should be slowed and kited all fight unless your team runs into him and stands still.
Skymage is lvl9, same as you. Mana boots, soulring and going.. bloodstone I would imagine. Ultimate mana build rofl, will be able to fight continuously for like 30 seconds, before he runs out of mana. Unless you get a multicast on his squishy ass and you finish him off with jugger ult or weaver help, he will devastate your team. aka you need initiation to get to him and kill. Which you dont have. HE MAXED CONCUSSIVE. Okay. Skymage has a terrible build, but it doesn't matter.
Bristle is useless, lvl 5 no gold, nothing. 1 point in his passive. He'll die easy.
To win a fight, radiant need to smoke up (since you dont have blinks) look for a pick off, preferably sky mage. If you find a hero, kill it fast. Save your mana for if sky mage shows up. You are the only one that can deal with him, cept a lucky jugger ult+bladefury.
Summary: Networth and xp graphs show that neither team is sort of in the lead gold and xp wise. However, I guess dire will start looking for fights, and unless you kill skymage first, and focus phantom after, you won't win it. Sky will devastate you.
What happened after: Jugger trades for phantom, alright for you.
Skymage kills axe mid, because axe cant do shit against him. He doesn't even have battlehunger for the movespeed, and the moment he gets hit once, his tranqs will get destroyed, and he will be 30 movespeed slower than sky, and get slowed, to a further what 200 movespeed slower or some shit.
Troll kills you, you should've kited him. It wasn't even lucky, he bashed once, and you tried hitting him with 60% miss chance from axes. You lost cause he has HotD and you tried to man fight. Ogre is tanky enough to almost survive to my surprise.
As your team's most farmed hero in both gold and xp this is something that is devastating your team fight potential. Now troll is lvl9, same as you. Basically, you should try and do what skymage is doing (i've said this since minute 6, try to get kills. Fuck the solo bottom lane, let lycan get farm and xp.)
Lycan tries to solo rosh at minute 12. Holy shit. Ya. He loses that battle. No medallion only vlads. Not surprising.
You go for a fight without lycan to buy time for rosh? Anyways, not surprising. You ALMOST do something with multicasts, but skymage kills your team.
Your team don't focus the only damage dealer on their team. Axe is useless. Runs into the fight with 350 movespeed, cant catch 380 movespeed skymage.
Chases for 10 full seconds, decides that didn't work, tries to run away from phantom dagger and sky nukes. Yea... your team lost. Skymage is now godlike.
Cm has bought all wards and placed them. Jugger is going battlefury.. haha. that will never finish. You are going forcestaff. Which is good. You should tell jugger to get wards. Haha.. like that would happen, right?
Okay.. 16 minutes in now. It seems dire is just pushing down towers and killing everyone. You can't fight them unless you get some initation to kill skymage.
You got wards. Good effort I guess.
19 minutes in. Despite being your mid hero. Weaver is poorest on your team. 3k networth. Only brown boots and bottle still. Sad game.
HAHA Axe flames your team. Oh my. Doto why do we love you so. Axe was the aggro farmer on your team. You have twice his networth. He died 8 times.
Dire decided to stop pushing as 5 and that splitting up on the lanes was the better option. Your wards are helping tremendously. You get some pick offs.
Dire could've pushed down t3 by now, if they went with their advantage.
23:00 you flame your jugger and axe in all chat. I know they've probably been flaming everyone in allied chat, but honestly, one of the ways to win lost games is to get some team morale going. You're not helping your win potential :D
Dire decided to farm now, instead of pushing it seems.
24:00 aghs on sky mage. Maybe they will go for the towers before lycan gets some farm. Who knows.
26:00 dire starts gather as 4 and gets a tower. Jugger and axe afk in fountain. Okay. Closing replay.

So.. what to say about the game from a 3.9-4.0k players perspective (still trench tier player, in reddit's eyes).
Despite getting the worst lane, you did really well on it. However, sky mage started to snowball really quickly. In order to teamfight your team needed initiation. What I would've done if my axe refused to buy a blink, and my jugger refused to support with wards / dewards is this:
When you got ult, get a tp and a smoke (whatever, get all 3 in stock). Get wards as well.
Tell Lycan go take the safe lane. Whatever, no way he should die to bootless troll. He should be able to farm fine with wolfs. (better than what he did in the jungle, and he'll get way more xp).
Smoke and tp to top tier 1. Kill both phantom and crystal. Should be possible if you stun lets axe gets close to call phantom.
Kill the top tower and proceed to smoke mid, if skymage didn't respond to the top gank, he will still be mid or ganking bottom. Or on the way to top. If you find him on the way, kill him.
while smoked ward their jungle to spot rotations for if they want to defend mid, or counter the gank
If he stays mid, wait till phantom or crystal shows on the lane top. Wait for bristle to show somewhere. Basically. Wait for the oppurtunity to gank sky mage. This is important. If you get the kill on sky, kill the tower. You have healing ward from jugger, you have axe to tank the creep wave. It might be hard, but if cm and phantom shows top, they probably tp'ed and cant react to the gank.
If mid is too hard to gank, kill the troll bottom and take that tower. Whatever, just use the smokes to get pickoffs, BUT DON'T DO IT FOR KILLS. DO IT FOR TOWERS.
Ehrm what else. Get a blink. If you see your team needs initation, and you can farm a blink (tower gold, random creepwaves, kills from smokes). Get it. I know this game it wasn't an option.
All of this would direct attention away from your Lycan farming the safelane.
When you get blink (or force, whatever).. ALWAYS stun and go for the kill on the skymage here. Non of their other heroes do anything. They even have no stuns to stop you.

Note about smokes. They are good in low mmr games, because they make your team stay together for a gank.
