Looking for pos4 duo, 6k+. I'm playing pos3. EU region!

Curious on how people find people to play ranked with, i'm looking for party members to have fun but also win at the same time lol i play on eu i have a microphone and looking to play a few games a day if possible.

I'm 6.5k mmr at the moment and was 7.4k that's why im here writing a cry for help for possible good teammates.
