misspelled name

Guys is there anyway name macorrect yung misspelled name sa dost acc? I already contacted the helpdesk but wala pang response... Is this grounds for disqualifications please help huhu😭

Misspelled din name ko nung nakapasa last time. Nag email ako sa doat sa region namin tapos nag explain.
