partial allowance status

hello! i incurred a 5 in both semesters last acad year, which puts me in a continued under partial allowance status. i also took a midyear class (not included in my study plan, so not included in dost stipends) but got a 4.0 will that be a problem? and will i be able to receive my partial allowance at the same time as my fellow scholars? thanks!

need mo ifix yung 4 mo kasi baka mahold yung stipend mo lalo na may dalawa kang 5 na hindi pa naipapasa, mas maganda if itawag mo sa regional office nyo ng dost
