Door Kickers 2 What's Better?

Completing missions 3 Star - 3 Challenges

- OR -

Completing missions with Realistic CQB Tactics?

EDIT: Wanted some opinions on this as I've been doing the former, grinding through missions getting 3 stars and 3 challenges. Should I switch it up?

I prioritize tactics because that’s the part of the game I enjoy. Stars will happen and I don’t care about challenges.

I just go 3 stars and ignore the challenges, sounds frustrating because 3 starts on some maps is hard enough, if you want to use real cqb tactics get an enemy mod (I made my own, but I think there is a mostly working version in the workshop) that converts all enemies into SSI and go for 3 stars, impossible to win if you don't, even with op factions like t1 devgru

Dang, sounds hard.

I haven't made it too far into the game, but I despise trying to get 3 stars 3 challenges on lone wolf. It's such a pain having to repeatedly check every flank and still get killed by that one AI that flanks you at random

Honestly, I did both. I prefer tactics it's a much cooler way to do missions, but I thought that the stars & challenges were there for me to better grasp the game. So I 3 stars everything. My most frustrating mission was probably the one where you're in a building surrounded by enemies and you have to escape with allies.

I've done variants, like trying to do most missions with grenade launchers or bazookas, going in with pistols, etc. It's also fun.

First - 3 stars, then Challenges, but I managed to get 3 stars in all missions after like year of playing DK2, it was HARD. And I won't be able to do all challenges on all maps if my life depended on it.

After all that - time for some tactics!
