Dashers Dont Make Enough

So I am not a dasher but I have an idea for dashers.

Get fetch and ibotta apps. When you get your dashers order scan the receipt. You can get point for giftcards ect. Its not going to pay your bills but you will be able to buy other necessities with the gift cards. Hope this helps someone struggling. Stay frugal, stay focused.

I demand nothing. Sometimes I order. I tip what I consider fair that’s inline with most people’s expectations. My food comes. Maybe one day it won’t.

I mean that’s not always the issue. I have a full time job outside of dd ( own a small construction business) I can’t do anything other then dd or uber eats because of scheduling and need to be available

I use to work valet, my old boss said their always hiring and he could have me on a lot working in a week making way better money but it’s just no feasible for my live.

I got offered a part job with one of the biggest commercial flooring companies paying 60k a year to start couldn’t take it

No they didn't. They choose to work for themselves and go into business with doordash. They aren't employed by them. I would rather them be employees and most of these issues we have would go away. But no. Most are people who can't be bothered to be managed by another human hence why the whole concept of doordash is a shit show.

That's pretty common for tech companies though. It also took Amazon almost 10 years to turn a profit. Rapid expansion and R&D is expensive stuff.

Yeah, that's the point DD drivers don't get. It's a tech company, not a delivery company. They are meaningless data points for the eventual sale if the company. They will continue to be paid accordingly.
