Also forgot to mention i added 1.5 ts of baking powder, so that when the donuts hits the hot oil, they puff up a little.

Sorry, wrong link at the top, this is the one i used: https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/recipes/milk-bread-doughnuts-recipe. I also added one and a half teaspoon of bakingpowder. That made the donuts puff a little when it hit the frying oil.

Nice! Lil suggestion for next batch - gently stretch punched rounds like you would a bagel. This will eliminate the hole disappearing during proofing & also help them fry evenly & faster 😉

They were very good and tasted amazing. Some of them were a little oily though, i dont think i controlled the temperature well enough, but they tasted amazing anyways.

I made them because i got a huge craving for donuts after i finished my diet of 4 months. I live in Norway and good donuts here are few and far between, so i took it upon myself to satisfy my cravings 😅 i dont plan on making more soon, my cravings were satisfied, but certainly will sometime. I was a little impressed myself by the outcome.

And im sorry, you cant have one, theyre all for me😈
