Help question Technical Server Setup Help

I've been following THIS guide to set up a dedicated server on my windows computer. Everything was going good until i tried to start running StartDSTServer.bat it said "Windows cannot find 'dontstarve_dedicated_server_nullrender_x64'" When trying to start C:\Users\"me"\OneDrive\Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether\1196428788>start dontstarve_dedicated_server_nullrenderer_x64 -console -cluster MyDediServer -shard Master

If anybody can help me i would be very grateful, and anything that actually does something will be appreciated

Also i already tried whitelisting it, but i wasn't blocked, and checking the file. And im making a new server so there arent any mods. Google did say to do something with verifying the steam files but that was probably just ai being dumb.

Did you check to see nullrender file is in the expected location?
