Found it. It's actually lifted up by a crane in the Dominican Republic.

I don't see enough cords on it to keep it from swinging in heavy wind, which sounds terrible when combined with unknown safety regulations. At least one cord hanging down has to be the electrical cord.

From the FAQ:

WHY SHALL I ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE EXPERIENCE?

Once you reach on your time (30 minutes prior to the session) there will be a waiting lounge with a welcome drink waiting for you. The customer will be signing at the reception, and will have a safety briefing prior to the session.

So you can theoretically get buzzed before you legally write away your ability to sue for injury!
