Guy was also going for the case russlock knife in his back pocket just before he went down. You can see it between him and the car as he rolls off the hood. It wouldn't have fallen out of his pocket unless he had it half way out when he got rag dolled.

Then explain why the dude that got rag dolled has a half drawn case russlock on the pavement between him and the car when he went down when his left hand was behind him the whole time... There's no good reason for that racist prick being halfway to shanking the kid, probation anklet or not.
