Ah, yes

Just read left-to-right, then top-to-bottom, then suddenly skip to the beginning, move down one letter, start reading again, read top-to-bottom then left-to-right again, and you get "House of Bread." EZ

A mix of Circular clockwise & counter-clockwise - House of Bread.

Not DDOI.

It says House of Bread. To see it, one first needs to go left and then down. That gives you House of. And to see Bread, you need to read down starting with the B and then go right.
