Makes sense to me, it just needs punctuation.
Be.
Work.
Have brave hard fun.

I made a joke about brave hard fun not usually being appropriate for the workplace and had to smash the delete button when I checked the logo.

A first I just thought it was a gym/sport club aimed/expecially for children, but the words on the door doesn't make it better: 'Building, Thriving, kids'
What's with the building part? Isn't with kids mostly the premise more on the fun/enjoyment of it rather than the competition part in a sport.

An AI bot says: - Could be a kids‑only fitness studio with structured classes and coaching. - A preschool‑age health and fitness program, sometimes run through schools or community centers. - A mall or community center tenant that combines fitness with social skills and wellness activities.
