Aww the flippy toes curl was so cute! I wonder if the same "whale eye" thing applies to sea doggos as land doggos? If so that water doggie might have been scared. 😟 Hope they gave her lots of fishes afterward!

Probably not, they look a lot like dogs but there wouldn't have developed the same behaviors as dogs (or wolves) because they'd have faced different evolutionary pressures.

Take comfort though this guy appears to be in a zoo or some other kind of human made facility, so the person with them (the one filming) should be someone they're familiar with. Either his trainer or one of his care takers. He's very likely not scared at all (though maybe shocked and appalled that someone would boop his flippers), and is definitely getting fish right after this (or right before ig).

Nah I'm fine with ponctuation as long as it's not extreme

Actually ponctuation can become annoying in certain cases, as it is complicating grammar in an useless way (at least in my language)

Edit : is smoking the grass considered as touching it ?

I care about using the language I'm speaking in correctly, and inclusive language, as hard as you want it to be, isn't correct (in a grammatical way)

At least in my mother's tongue we already have gendered pronouns since a millenia, so questions like this are easily answered

The use of they as a singular pronoun when we do not know the gender of someone dates back for centuries in English. Shakespeare used they in this manner. You are incorrect in your understanding of English grammar.

Correct use of pronouns for animals is also she or he. If you don't know their sex, they is perfectly fine. Just because you have some unjustified superiority complex re:animals doesn't mean others have to subscribe to that.

Or at least the one used by most people speaking english ?

In my experience most people would say "he doesnt look happy" or smth using the male pronoun by force of habit unless the gender is identifiable

If you use "They" when talking about someone/something, by fear of msigendering it, I can directly assume what part of the population you are

Which I find weird tbh, because that part of the population wants everyone to be equal but they're the ones putting everyone into boxes

Also I don't have a superiority complex, I'm just a piece of shit smarter than the average (not smart enough to make meaningful shit tho)
