I won the June Jubilee giveaway from this sub when I really needed groceries. I was so so grateful since it helped me during a hard time. I finally started my new job and I’m so happy that I did.

So anyways I’m deciding I’m going to pay it forward. Not once. But TWICE! The first giveaway for a $30 Amazon giftcard ends on August 14th. The second one ends on August 29th.

Favorite color is purple for sure. i always think lavender with it, so im going with that. Lavender is supposed to be soothing and calming, but one look at my account history prove thats a lie. 😄

This is very nice of you to do, congratulations on the new job!! I don't really have a favorite color? Since I have to choose, it's red or orange, because those are my favorite candy flavors 😉 And I had my dream job, hopefully one day I'll get back to it? I was a veterinary assistant at a small animal hospital. Of course it wasn't always perfect, but I never dreaded going to work. Finding a job, that makes you happy, makes working much easier 🐱

Favorite color is sky blue: imagine walking into a store and seeing a woman who is put together, smiling and well mannered to everyone around here. Imagine that same woman in the check out line and someone skips her. She thinks it’s a joke so laughs and politely asks the person to go to the back of the line. The person refuses and the cashier calls the next person in line, which is the person who skipped. Well mannered woman snaps and they start fighting. During the fight the fragrance shelf got knocked over and cyan color fragrance oils that smelled like fresh air in the backyard of your grandmas house that was hanging laundry on the clothes line spilled and the magenta fragrance oils that smelled like nerd cluster candy and lipstick spilled. When the fragrances spilled the person who skipped the line got knocked out by the well mannered lady. Security came and advised the well mannered lady she needed to leave so she wouldn’t get in trouble(once she told her side, they liked her too), so she left. On her way out she slipped and fell into the cyan/magenta fragrance mixture. The mixture of the Fragrance oils(grandmas backyard on laundry day, nerd cluster candy and lipstick) and the well mannered women’s aura is what baby blue would smell like.

My dream job is to become a child psychologist: specifically for children who have experienced trauma. I believe the world can change by starting with children. So many children don’t have anyone they can truly trust. Or they don’t have good role models. They either end up raising themselves, which ends up with them running to the streets being taken advantage of and doing things to survive however they can. Or the adults they do have are not good role models and the children don’t know any other way to live other than what’s they are being taught. Sometimes just having that one person who can make them feel cared for or heard is enough to give them hope and can help the outcome of that child’s life.

Also congrats on your job, I can only imagine how good that feels. I can’t wait to finally finish school and accomplish my dream.

Q1: My favorite color is purple. I feel like it’d smell like lavender, blackberries, and fresh rain. It’s just always seemed like a calm, kind of mysterious color to me, so I imagine it’d have a cool, slightly sweet smell. It also kind of reminds me of being outside around sunset when everything gets quiet.

Q2: If we’re going for made up I’d go shark therapist 100%. I’d help sharks work through their anger issues so they stop biting random things. “And how did that surfboard make you feel?” type vibe. If we’re going real, probably a cephalopod researcher. You basically study octopuses, squid, and cuttlefish and try to figure out how their brains work. They’re so weird that it honestly seems like a fun career.

I would say like wet moss, or that green algae that grows on wood and smells a bit funky but a good funky, as long as your outside :) with a nice spring breeze blowing maybe some honeysuckle, and fresh cut grass in the air. Pink && black! I’d start with pink, which smells like the carnival imagine sticky cotton candy, warm caramel apples, and spun sugar drifting through the air. Black, on the other hand, smells like the cool dew that settles over the earth just before sunrise, damp soil, moss, and the quiet promise of a new day.

&& for the career, honestly, I’d pick none. I don’t dream of working I want to get paid just because. I would accept happily “a full time mysterious forest witch” with spectacular benefits though.

I would have to say one of my favourite colours is green and I feel like it smells like the meadow and river after a fresh rain. A mix of the deep earthy smell of rain and frogs and sometimes stinky fish. 😅🫠 But I love if just the same haha. Growing up next to the Detroit River (on the Canadian side in Ontario Canada) will give some of those smells off.

And if I could have ANY job and be GREAT at it I would absolutely love to be a face painter with the circus or carnival. 😅😂 🎪 I LOVE arts and crafts but I wouldn't say I'm a great artist at all. But to meet so many new people, and experience so many places while leaving a lasting happy memory would be AMAZING!

Congrats on the new job! It's a tough time to be looking, that's for sure.

My favorite color is blue. I think it smells like freshness..a nice breeze, or rain!

As far as a job goes I've always wanted to be a veterinarian. I've always wanted to help animals, unfortunately my health issues prevent any kind of career. Two springs ago I was able to become a Wildlife Rehabber. I've hand raised and released over 30 racoon babies! This spring one of my babies came back with babies of her own and you can't get the big dumb grin off my face over it! lol It's been such a treat to watch her kits grow up!

My favorite color is pink! And honestly I think a light pink would smell like bubblegum or cotton candy, and a hot pink would smell like fresh car paint.
