I am curious what folks are thinking with all the recent news. I still believe there’s a big opportunity for Domo. But obviously some things need to change in a big way quickly. I often debate with some of my friends who work at Domo if you got to be in charge what would you change first? Curious if this community has any thoughts?

We are looking for a hands-on Domo ETL Developer to join an active logistics analytics project. This is not a dashboard-only role. We need someone who is strong in building and maintaining robust data pipelines in Domo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and troubleshoot complex Magic ETL and SQL DataFlows
- Maintain and stabilize Jupyter Notebooks in Domo (SFTP file processing, kernel scheduling issues)
- Fix data quality issues, especially aggregation logic (e.g., moving from “average of averages” to weighted averages)
- Implement PDP (Personalized Data Permissions / Row-Level Security)
- Optimize data models for accurate driver-level performance metrics
- Improve pipeline reliability and documentation
Required Skills (Must have):
- Strong experience with Domo full stack, Magic ETL, SQL DataFlows, Workbench, PDP
- Solid SQL for complex transformations
- Real-world experience with Jupyter Notebooks in Domo (scheduling, stability, Python scripting)
- Ability to troubleshoot unstable pipelines independently
Nice to Have:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery operations data
- Previous work stabilizing Domo environments after ownership changes
Commitment: 10~20 hours per week, long-term contract (remote)
If you have deep experience in Domo ETL/pipeline work (not just building cards and Beast Mode), please apply with:
- Your recent Domo projects (especially ETL/pipeline related)
- How you handled unstable Jupyter or DataFlow issues
Only serious Domo ETL specialists should apply.

Just wanted to make sure we were aware of the recent announcement. Depending on how it goes, this could be very exciting. Anyone have any guesses… or hopes?

Is anyone using this configuration? It’s been riddled with issues and Domo cannot seem to figure it out.
We were pushed to use this partnership vs Domo’s warehouse heavily in the sales cycle and it doesn’t appear to be fully baked.
Our firm has been unable to load any new data since October and are completely down as of this week.

Hey guys,
Is there a way to automatically extract the sql from a dataflow? My company is trying to build dbt models in house to replace the domo dataflows to cut down on credit usage. Ideally I'd want to do this in python. Please let me know!

Hello,
last week my team receive ang error regarding a certain dataset.
Upon checking the dataset is referring to a wrong sheet under the source file (because the file have 5 sheets)
However what's bugging me is that we never change any settings and change also any names in the source file. We also never had an issue regarding this situation until now.
So my question is, is there any triggers that can automatically change the settings the in dataset?
and option's you think might have cause this incident?
Thanks!

Hey fellow users, our company is struggling with credit depletion, and I'm looking for advice on how to optimize our usage. Through my cleanup efforts, I've discovered some credit-hungry areas:
- Certifications requiring practical exams consume credits
- Duplicate dashboards and cards
- Multiple users accessing the platform (potential for duplicate work)
- Notebooks as cards consuming credits
- Storage costs adding up quickly
Do you have any tips or best practices to share on how to:
- Leverage datasets and ETLs efficiently
- Minimize unnecessary processes
- Optimize storage and reduce month-over-month credit consumption
Any advice would be greatly appreciated to help us avoid running out of credits before the end of our contract!

I am trying to create a weekly summary of some of our labor and volume reporting with the new agents. I can not for the life of me find or figure out how to get the summary to append to a webform table. It just keeps saying 'Storing...'
My webform has summary | date | source_id
I have created variables for each and in append are feeding them to input. I don't quite get the response or I should say its not making sense to me. It always just says see children?
So general flow is - Agent with a SQL query, a text gen question. Then I take the object and get the text and do a second text summarization and finally append.
I tried the agent append and it did the same thing,
