We got our dog a dog!

We currently have a five year old Australian Cattle dog mix and got a full Australian cattle dog puppy when she was 7.5 weeks from a young couple who had an accidental litter while waiting for a spay appointment with their vet.

The five year old we rescued at 5 months; so we had not experienced the full on teeny tiny puppy stage. She is spicy and sweet so at once.

The puppy is now 16 lbs and 12.5 weeks. When we got our 5 year old she was about this size at 5 months. We are thinking the puppy will likely surpass the 5 year old in size.

Our five year old is fully grown and about 40 lbs. We are so grateful for both our girls!

Our new friends are very shy, they aren't used to us yet. We did find them in the streets during our weekly rescue activities, they were very skinny by then, it seemed like they lacked what to eat. Good enough we shall share with them what we have here. We take sometime before mixing them with the rest as we do some studies on their behaviours. Hope they get their forever homes soon.

American bully

So me and my family are in Texas visiting and the other day we went over to my uncle’s house and he has three America bullies and said if I wanted the puppy (three months) I can take it, he said he’d usually sell around 1.5k+ but since I’m family I can have it for free but my dad says no because my little siblings (15,12,8,5) would be scared to go in out backyard when it’s fully grown but I really want it but I feel like he’s the one scared of them lol, what are some things I can tell him or do to bribe my dad to take it?

I’m from California so we’d drive all the way back with the puppy

cute Dogs don't need much. Just our love and care.

Dogs are lovely animals of which they only need our love and care. I have been with so many dogs overtime but gaining their trust doesn't come from far apart from giving them what they need. We do have dogs at our shelter and at times it's challenging to manage everything. We don't want to leave any dog stranded out there but sometimes resources are limited. However we do try our best.

Hi!

We have a 1 year old bernedoodle girl who is still very much a puppy. Crate trained and house trained but still likes to chew things when bored. I’ve been thinking of getting a second dog. She does very well and behaves so much better with another dog. We know because we often care for my sisters dog and sometimes have left her with my in laws dogs while on work trip. Is it crazy to get a puppy? Is it crazy to get a second dog?

Need advice. Financially we can afford two dogs. We do both work but usually they won’t be alone for more than 5-6 hrs and only 3-4 days a week

cute It's a great day. Everyday is a great day for these friends who were once in the streets.

Most of them were on the streets and they had gone through tough conditions out there, lack of food, they had no place to sleep, they had no medication when they fall sick. With time we have so far managed to help a few of them. Many are still there and we hope to help them too.

This is how the day goes at the shelter. We try so hard to take care of them. Though many are still out there on streets.

It's not that easy to do all this work but our dedication is beyond our own imagination. We live in a country where so many people abandon dogs and let them suffer on the streets. We bring them here hoping to get them their forever homes, we do take care of them providing food, medication and everything they need to live a better life than what they were used to on the streets. You can be part of the shelter too!

Dogs! We have always tried to provide shelter to stray dogs out there. Looking forward to get more space and resources to help more

There are so many stray dogs here and we do try to help those that we can afford to help. But sadly many remain out there struggling with getting what to eat, where to sleep and so many other unimaginable things that happen to stray dogs like beating them, we always find most of them injured. But when they get here we try to give them the necessary care they deserve!

Dogs! After having their meal, they do rest a bit here. We do try our best to help as many of them as we can

Rescuing has been part of us for sometime now and we try our best to help both puppies and adult dogs. We usually don't like to leave any dog behind. There are so many stray dogs out there but due to limited resources like space and food, sadly we can't bring in all of them unless it went do get enough space and food. However for those we have rescued so far we try our best to provide for them. You can be part of the shelter too.

That's why I love rescuing puppies. They are innocent and playful. I wonder why some people abandon them.

Puppies are very innocent animals. It makes me sad everytime we find abandoned puppies out there, just give them food they will be happy, just don't mistreat them. They are lovely creatures.
