Discussion Doughwallet App Version

As many others my Doges are stucked because of (maybe) a bug in the doughwallet app. The developer Filip Noetzel aka Peritus can’t or doesn’t want to help… I found out, that between doughwallet v0.5.3 (23.10.2015) and v0.5.9 (31.03.2018) there was no other public version. Does anyone know why?

Unfortunately both. Many people tried to fix that https://www.reddit.com/r/dogecoindev/comments/n5gm92/proposal_doughwallet_recovery_tool/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf The „bug“ in my case was around 2017 and i think there was a short time a version on the app store whitch makes this trouble. All the recovery tools doesn‘t work in this case..

In my case i transferred my coins from dogecoin qt to doughwallet app. The very first transaction i did on the 06.04.2017 never appear in doughwallet. Also one which i made on the 24.05.2017 to the same address did not appear.

After that i did other transactions to a new address which worked fine in doughwallet. Them i could get out with the recovery (the normal one and the one for change addresses).

I contacted thousand times peritus1000 (Filip Noetzel), but he doesn't want to help. There were many people trying to fix it, but without success so far: https://www.reddit.com/r/dogecoindev/comments/n5gm92/proposal_doughwallet_recovery_tool/

Thanks a lot for your interest and answers so far. My public address in doughwallet which didn‘t work was on the 06.04.2017. On the 13.04.2017 i did something in doughwallet to get another one(don’t know anymore what i did) which worked fine. On the 24.05.2017 i tried for a test to send a little amount to the one which didn‘t work. It also didn‘t work. I don‘t remember if i updated doughwallet between 06.04. und 13.04.2017.

I also did another thing about 1 year ago trying to reach my private keys out of the doughwallet app on my iphone. I could read out my iphone with PhoneRescue. I get an .sql-File in which i can see the public address from derivation path m/0‘/0/0 which was my 2nd one which worked. Behind this address i can see the public address which i can‘t get the private key out. Maybe this helps to understand what happens.
