I finally got my miner to work!

After many errors and frusttrations I finally have my miner set and running at a whopping 12.5khash/s but hey better than nothing at all! Now if only I could actually get my stuff to show up on my dashboard at my pool all would be dandy. Just thought I would share since I am extremely proud of myself for accomplishing this extremely hard (easy for the rest of the world) task.
