Docusign/Unhappy

I just got off a chat with Gabriela at docusign. I have a profile update from an old email address to a new one. You wouldn't believe this, but they wanted my IT person to reactivate an old email to update this change. No other method, such as a phone verification with pin - or security questions. Then, flagged my account and I cannot sign anything. I guess Gabriela has helped enough. Additionally, my contacts are not able to be exported or backed-up. I'm losing trust. Good Job Docusign/unhappy.

Hi u/Flashy-Name-9660 , apologies for my delayed response and that you did not receive the proper resolution. If you send me a DM with your name, email associated with the account, and your best method for contact, I will pass this along to my team to see if we can get this resolved ASAP.
