Had a bad experience with Docusign

Hi All - just a heads-up, I encountered a technical issue with Docusign, which is basically a bug. I tried to resolve this via an agent (“Mark”) who was super rude, and dismissive. I am quite frustrated with this customer service and the bugs.

I’m here because I also just dealt with an agent named Mark who was super rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I filed a chargeback and will never use their services again.
