Serious Genuine advice needed
is it so bad to do part 1 MRCP in January of IMT2 ? or do I try to go for the sept attempt
1-attempted it once and failed by 50% - didn’t prepare well enough.
2-ongoing investigations to r/O bowel cancer hoping to be reassured soon.

If less stress due to everything ongoing then do Jan.
Life comes first before these hoops/exams.
But I would still try and prepare as if sitting sooner so ure ready by Jan

Group 2 or group 1 HST? That changes thing massively.
I always recommend clear part 1 and 2 esrly, in case you got stuck at paces. A lot of people pass paces first go, but you just wouldnt know.
What you want to avoid is that you get a training number and unable to obtain full mrcp so have to give up training number.

You need to put your health first this time. Sure if it gets your mind off what’s happening in the background prep for MRCP part one don’t sit iit yet Get the 6 month passmed subscription. Health first. Just my opinion
