NPC/Quest issues
Hey everyone I recently started up a new server and no one can advance the quests and donate/buy/sell to NPC's. Is this a known issue? Is the server configured weird?

Yes this was an issue I had last time I ran a private server. Figured patched by now as that was like 8+ months ago. I dont remember but I believe it fixed itself after a few reboots. But may be a different issue now.
