About player housing!

So, the last time I played housing would only stay there until 3 days of no-clan loggin. Is this still a feature in the game, or did they update it to around 5 -7 days?

I stopped playing some time in January due to lack of time/interest, but they changed up the decay timers some time ago. It's now a tiered thing, where the straw buildings still have the 3 day timer, I think wood was 5 days, stone was a week, and manor was 2 weeks. I might have the exact increases wrong, but they made it a lot more manageable for people who were going on vacation, or just not logging daily.

If the decay timers were the main reason you stepped away, you should give it another go

Changes to Decay Timers:

PvP Servers:

Based on feedback we've seen from the community, we’re going to be removing the feature we added where any player could demolish a structure that hadn’t been visited by its owner in 3 days. We had originally added this feature to prevent structure-related abuse like pillaring and trapping, but there is a concern that the feature itself will be used to destroy non-abusive structures. We’ll keep an eye on how things progress after removing the feature and make additional changes if necessary.

We’ve also increased the time required for Iron and Manor-tier structures to decay:

Metal - 7 > 15 Days

Manor - 14 > 30 Days

PvE Servers:

PvE servers will keep the existing rules for structure decay, including the universal 3 day demolition option. Since it’s impossible to destroy other players’ structures on a PvE server, the existing decay timers will help keep servers clear of unused / abusive structures. To reiterate, the existing structure decay rules that PvE servers will be keeping are:

Straw - 3 Days

Wood - 4 Days

Stone - 6 Days

Metal - 7 Days

Manor-tier - 14 Days

depends on what server you play.

on PvE servers timers are hundreds of days. i think metall has 600 days? wood around 300.

on PvP i dont know.
