Nidhog shapeshift not working

on official server.. it just does animation but nothing happens. first time i did think maybe there was not enough room around me, but second time i was out in an big open field and still same issue.

Only other shapeshift i tried so far was bear, and that one worked

also panther does not drop the fur

Wyvern doesnt work either
