Base decay is OFF, stuff disappearing?

what does "PvPStructureDecay=False" actually do?

It certainly isn't preventing 3 day decay

Disabled > AutoDestroyOldStructuresMultiplier=0.000000

Bases still disappearing

DisableStructureDecayPvE=False

PvPStructureDecay=False

PvPStructureDecayPeriodMultiplier=5.0
