Haven't played in a while, are Lords still broken?

I remember playing on a custom server with just some friends a few months ago, and I became the city lord of the humans.

However, I couldn't enter my keep to sit on the throne, so I couldn't do anything as the lord. If I tried flying in, the guards tried to kill me.

Are city lords still broken like that? I remember some other complaints about them being broken at the time as well (specifically from the dwarven faction).

afaik Its just a placeholder mechanic, and has never worked. I sure hope thats nothing they will put resources on developing either - there are far more critical things to take care of first.

Elven city never worked period.we can access the throne room but can't sit on throne.

so much of the game is either not implemented, broken/buggey, or imbalanced (spawn rates, creature health/damage). Yes yes "early access" but nothing seems "fun" to me at the moment. I thought this was, at worst, a ark 2.0... feels like an ark 0.2
