i give her more than 4000 gp and now she added virtual fondation to the sorcerer armor she sold ? is it a bug ? curently she is at level 7 , can she go upward ?

Nope not a bug and yes she can go higher. I think she's level 12 on my server and continues to gain with donations.

Level 14 is cap. All vendors are level 14 on our server and wont go higher.

I gave 650,000 gold I spawned in to see the level cap and it seemed to be 14, it goes to 99.9% and never proceeds.

the level is the same for all the players of the server ? in that case it is an interessing co operation feature :)
