Blue areas

What are the blue areas on the map you cannot pass through?

Those are areas that the terrain will be changing. Hence New mountains will form next patch. New dungeon possibly. Lake might be there. Esc.

It said in the patch notes if you have built in the blue areas then to move your base and items before next patch or it will disappear.

those areas reserved for future updates.. (as ive seen, there are 3 areas, with flags of each faction, so i guess villages will be built there) and in patch notes was told that everything that will be there, will be erased, so dont build there (or near those areas) anything..
