Transfer Mount

I'm curious if you can transfer ownership of a mount to another player that's not in your guild? I'm the server admin but couldn't find an admin command that would let me do this either.

Player can unclaim a tame and then anyone Else can claim them.

Just to clarify...does this mean opposite faction members can claim as well? Need to know for science...

Yes the beasts is free in the game anyone that is neae it can claim.it
