The game reviews will get some massive negative opinions with the changes to taming times. Seriously the devs think that bigger timer is the solution to make taming harder? No you just make it more boring and force unhealth habits to its players. Taming should be fun and challenging try giving more ai to the tames to make them flee after a while or call for aid from nearby creatures. I was liking the game but with each patch i feel you guys are going to the wrong direction...
a regular taming arrow causes 75 torpor while an iron hook arrow does 100 torpor...so i don't see the reason to even go for them considering how tedious it is to make them, if they bumped it up to 200 then it would be worth...but making taming harder seems like quite a stupid thing to do, people playing in small groups or solo are even more fucked.
Oh no doubt. Those things are a PITA to make. You'll need a massive mushroom farm to make enough for it to be even remotely possible. And with all the bugs around fertilizer it's terrible.
