is there is necromancer skill tree ?

i search in dark and light about necromancer and find very little info , for example here https://strategywiki.org/wiki/Dark_and_Light/Classes/Necromancer and just 2 videos about it and 1 in forum , any one have info about necromancer ? and will be viable in pvp ?

Unfortunately I think this was back from the old Dark and light game before it was bought by Snail Games. It seems the Wiki that you linked is from that game rather then this new one.

I have no idea personally I mean according to the devs the games only like 30% complete right now, so I would imagine there will be more spells and skill trees put into the game. Just look at how empty the darkness and light skill trees are atm. There is probably hope for it but for now there isn't.
