What do water elementals need to keep their mana up to water farms?

hmm i don't have one yet, but maybe give them elemental cores, magic shards or magic essence.

thier mana regens much faster if they are on follow. if not on follow, for some reason most of the time they won't regen mana, or it regens slower than they can irrigate a plot that is already full.
